Finishing Polish

Scholl Concepts S30 Nano Compound is a fine polish designed to remove minor defects such as light wash induced swirls, micro-scratches, fine swirls, and holograms.  With the help of Intelligent Powder Technology (iPT) utilized in Scholl S30 Nano Compound, fine abrasives level minor defects as they break down even further to burnish to a high gloss.  Scholl S30 is silicone free, can be used with rotary or dual action, and is suitable for use on old single stage paints, modern clear coat and everything in between.  Scholl S30 leaves the finish with a high gloss finish ready for coating, sealing, or waxing.  NOTE: If coating you MUST use CarPro Eraser to remove any lubricants left by polishing.

Application with Dual Action:

1. Prime fresh cutting or polishing pad
2. For best results use Scholl Concepts 5 3/4" Finishing or Polishing Pad.  
3. After spreading, work at speed 4-5 applying moderate pressure through the first half of the cycle.
4. Next use progressively lighter pressure until finished down.
5. Once completed, buff off the faint residue using a microfiber towel.
6. Clean pad with brush
7. Use only 3-4 pea size drops for each additional section (depending on pad size), repeating steps 2-6 after each section.

Application by Rotary:

1. Prime fresh cutting or polishing pad
2. For best results use Scholl Concepts Polishing or Finishing Pad.  
3. After spreading, work at 1100-1800 rpm taking care to keep pad flat and engaged.
4. Halfway through cycle slow speed progressively lower and continue until polish has broken down.
5. Once completed, buff off the faint residue using a microfiber towel.
6. Clean pad with brush
7. Use only 2-3 pea size drops for each additional section (depending on pad size), repeating steps 2-6 after each section.

Application by Hand:

1. Apply 3-4 drops to Scholl Concepts Polishing Puck 
2. Vigorously polish a 12x12 area until defect is removed and polish appears broken down
3. Once completed, buff off the residue using a microfiber towel
4. Repeat steps 1-3 cleaning puck after every other section with a foam pad cleaning brush
