It is 100% dry to the touch. BlackOut 2.0 has none of the sticky side effects that plague silicone-based dressings.

How To Use:

1. Wash tires thoroughly with .
2. Dry thoroughly!
3. Pour a line of BlackOut 2.0 onto the tire applicator sponge.
4. Work the applicator over the tire walls surface. Add more BlackOut 2.0 onto the applicator as needed.
5. Let the coating dry for at least 30 minutes. 
6. To apply a second layer, repeat the steps above.

Precautions: 

• Allow to dry 12 hours minimally before exposure to nasty weather.
• Avoid soaps and chemicals during first 3 days.
• Recommended application temperature: 58°F ~ 90°F.
• Avoid use on motorcycle tires
